I have been trying to book an appointment with the GP for sometime now. The appt they give me doesn't suit bec I have work and a baby to look after. I was advised the GP would contact me first which I agreed. After the conversation with the GP, I ended up phoning the surgery again to book an appt as advised by the GP, but the earliest they can give me is after 3 weeks as the receptionist said they are fully booked. I just find it very frustrating. Receptionist wasn't very helpful at all. It used to be easy before to get an appt but just unbelievable to wait 3 weeks to be seen by any GP. No information was given to me as well so I ended up wondering if I register somewhere else.

Most of the receptionists at the surgery (there are a couple that are friendly) could do with going on some sort of course on how to treat patients as they are grumpy and act like you are inconveniencing them when you walk in.
